Before you feel discouraged, take a look at this step to step blog post. Achieving this hairstyle is quick and easy to recreate. If y’all haven’t noticed, this hairstyle is done the exact same way as my half up twisted heart hairstyle. The only difference is the braid and where I placed it. Do y’all love it? I am so excited to rock this hairstyle on Valentine’s Day this year. It’s amazing what we can do with hair. Comment down below what hairstyle you’ll be rocking this V-day…
First: Decide on the placement of your heart, it helps to create your part first. Once you have found a good spot, separate your hair into two sections and braid each section. Your braids can be tight or loose, whatever look you are going for works.
Next: After you have braided the sections, start forming the heart. It is important to bring the braid in and around (it look me a few times to get it down). Use as many bobby pins as you need to secure the braid.
If you have trouble creating the heart, viewing these photos may help. Personally I am a visual learner and by looking at the finished product I am able to create the look. I know that not everybody learns this way so I hope these steps help.
